Krupa Parikh, DDS General Dentist
Dr. Parikh strives to provide the highest level of dental care to every patient. Her excellent communication skills allow her to quickly evaluate each patient’s needs and explain treatment plans in an easy to understand way.
She is well-versed in several areas of dentistry, including Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry as well as atraumatic extractions, which preserve bone for immediate implant placement. Dr. Parikh is a member of the American Dental Association and Medical Dental Association.
Dr. Parikh received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She continued her education by earning her Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rush University in Chicago. Following her Master’s, Dr. Parikh received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Michigan. While completing her education, Dr. Parikh received many honors, including Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry from the Academy of Osseointegration and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Leadership and Service Award.
She is a strong supporter of her community and has volunteered her services with Special Smiles in Detroit, providing free oral cancer screenings to those in need. She has also donated her services providing oral health screenings for men at Ford’s Field in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Parikh is a past gold medal winner in the Michigan State Martial Arts Championship and is also a certified Indian Classical Dancer.
